This Friday we get into Ten Con Ten, one of the most popular places in the capital of Madrid.

Ten con Ten stands out for its combination of infallible elements.

Ten con Ten has been the place chosen by the Spanish Club of High Gastronomy to celebrate this Friday one of its gastronomic journey.

In one of its corners, experts will meet to enjoy the exclusive menu prepared by the chef.

Iberian Ham of Guijuelo Bellota – Remedios Sanchez

Starters:    

Ceviche Ten Con Ten

Prawns with coconut sauce and curry

Risotto with semolina and truffle

Appetizers and starters will be paring with Astobiza white wine

 

Main course:

Hake with crab

Sirloin with yolks and truffle

Dessert:

Valrhana chocolates and assorted desserts

The main courses will be pairing with Malkoa 2015 white wine and Valdubón reserva, Ribera de Duero red wine.
